“I didn’t always know that my work would lead me to studying child and family psychology. However, this work continued to be the next right step in my practice over the years, always leading to new avenues of personal and professional evolution. At this time, it is no surprise to those who know me or my work that I certainly developed a deep passion for working not only with the child, but with the entire family system.

The clients I have worked with over the years have been instrumental in helping me create a model that works consistently with a breadth of family dynamics and symptom groupings. The clients’ willingness to step outside their comfort zone, and the parents’ readiness to be the on-site helpers for their children were the reliable components that has made this model work as well as it does.

In founding this Institute, it is my intention to bring the very best in current research to parents and educators worldwide, and to disseminate long-standing research and my own additions to the field. I learn from my clients, and now my students every day. Thank you for being here, and for being a part of the evolution of this important field of study.”
